3. Merchant of Record and payment processing

For orders placed through our website, our online reseller Paddle.com may act as Merchant of Record for billing, payment processing, tax handling, returns, and certain customer service functions related to the transaction.

When you make a purchase, payment and billing details may be collected and processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s own privacy notice and buyer terms. We may receive limited customer and transaction data from Paddle, such as your name, email address, country, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and other information reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, customer support, and subscription management.

We do not store or process your full payment card details ourselves unless we expressly state otherwise.
